Together, the Financial Trustee, the Secretary Trustee, the Vicar General, the Pastor and the Bishop form the board of the parish corporation. In many acts of administration, the two trustees and the pastor can make most decisions for the good of the parish. Decisions involving significant amounts of money, the acquisitions of land and major acts of parish administration require the consultation of the entire corporate board.

The pastor and trustees are assisted in their ministry through a dedicated group of individuals who choose to serve our parish family in a role of leadership.
THE PASTORAL COUNCIL
The pastoral council assists the pastor in the overall operation of the parish - including religious education, liturgy and music, parish and community concerns and buildings and grounds The pastoral council is comprised of members from each of our commissions. The commissions are an arm of the pastoral council, and help the council focus their efforts on particular areas. The council is assisted by these commissions:

The Human Concerns and Social Justice Commission works in the area of parish outreach. The commission also oversees opportunities for parishioners to become involved in the life of the parish and to foster social interaction with others. This commission oversees:

Parish Festival and Fundraising Commission

The festival and fundraising commission coordinates our annual parish festival, held in June. The commission also looks for new ways to raise additional income for the parish through fundraising efforts.
The parish's finance council works in cooperation with the pastoral council, and focuses on the financial administration of the parish. The council helps the pastor and trustees to make good, sound financial decisions for the good of parish and the assets the parish retains. The finance council assists with:
