- Together, the Financial Trustee, the Secretary Trustee, the Vicar General, the Pastor and the Bishop form the board of the parish corporation. In many acts of administration, the two trustees and the pastor can make most decisions for the good of the parish.
  
  Decisions involving significant amounts of money, the acquisitions of land and major acts of parish administration require the consultation of the entire corporate board.
  
  FINANCE COMMISSION
  The parish's finance council works in cooperation with the pastoral council, and focuses on the financial administration of the parish. The council helps the pastor and trustees to make good, sound financial decisions for the good of parish and the assets the parish retains. The finance council assists with:
